Ma joc imvu si astazi am vrut sa imi iau VIP,AP si niste credite cu cardul de credit, am completat tot si la sfarsit imi apare asta :I kept trying to purchase credits off IMVU and it would always give me that message, then when the two days or so are up they'd send me a message saying "I'm sorry but your billing has been put on hold please call this number...(etc etc)" I actually had to call to get my Access Pass.

Basically they just want to verify that it's YOU purchasing the credits and not some other person. They'll just ask you your address, name, IMVU name, etc. Basic information you should know if you're the card holder.
