Duminca 4 Mai 2014 in jur de ora 1 dupa amiaza mi s-a furat contul de Steam. La maxim o ora dupa acest eveniment am trimis tichetul la Steam Support, cu tot cu dovada ca aveam jocuri cumparate pe cont. Astazi e 6 Mai 2014 ora 6 seara si niciun raspuns de la Steam Support. E normal sa raspunda atat de tarziu? Ar trebui sa fac un alt tichet?

In mod normal Steam Supportul iti raspunde in 24 de ore... Nu e normal sa raspunda asa tarziu. Probabil a intervenit vreo eroare in timpul trimiterii. Ar trebui sa retrimiti plangerea. (Steam Supportul iti raspunde de cele mai multe ori in aceeasi zi )
